Dimensions of observation

What can be observed ?
Things that you want to change.

What are they ?
-Thoughts (esp long story like thoughts that get bigger and complex)
-Breathing (you breathe hard and shallow in difficult uncomfy situations, over time breathing becomes shallow - so shallow that you are always uncomfortable)
- Habbits (like a computer you do same thing again and again which is killing you little day by day)

What happens when you observe them ?
The act of observing make u aware about them in the sub conscious which triggers an 'auto action' (almost like a reflex action) which acts like cleaner removing unnatural behavioral patterns that have piled on you and makes you free. You feel like you are getting closer to home. More comfortable, lighter and not restless.
