It is counter intuitive but goals are unnatural way of life and creates mental conflicts by creating boundaries.
Why ?
A goal comes with a plan and plan means that you will perform actions based on a specific plan like a computer and give it higher importance than what you want to do at that moment. So suppression of natural will is the net result ! which makes you a constrained person and hence un natural and fake and robs you off the natural joy of living the moment. When you achieve a goal you set another - and this suppression continues till you lose your self.
